These rules apply to every article submitted to Cergissoft, free or paid. They keep the site useful for readers and safe for search.
What we publish #
Original, useful articles in our categories: software, tech, web design and development, digital marketing, AI, business, how-to and education. Articles should teach something specific rather than repeat what is already everywhere.
Article requirements #
- Original. Never published elsewhere and not generated and pasted without checking. Plagiarism or spun text is rejected.
- Useful. At least 800 words for most topics, with a clear structure: an introduction, descriptive H2/H3 headings and a conclusion.
- Accurate. Facts, figures and quotes must be correct and sourced where needed.
- Clean language. Clear, natural English with no keyword stuffing.
- Images. Only images you have the right to use. Send them as files, not hot-linked.
Links #
- One or two relevant contextual links to your own site are normally allowed, depending on the package.
- Paid or sponsored links are published with rel="sponsored" (and nofollow). We do not sell links that pass ranking credit, because that breaks search-engine guidelines.
- No links to casino, gambling, adult, pharma, payday-loan, crypto-scam or other restricted sites.
Disclosure #
Paid guest posts carry a visible “Sponsored” label. We may add a short disclosure line above the article.
Editing and rights #
We may edit for style, length, links and policy. You keep ownership of your writing and grant Cergissoft the right to publish it on cergissoft.com. We may decline or remove an article that breaks these guidelines, and paid fees for a rejected article are returned.
What we do not promise #
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, indexing or sales from any post. We guarantee a clearly labelled, professionally presented placement.
